From my complimentary Jiffy cookbook.
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. finely chopped onioin
oil for frying
Heat oil to 375 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoon into hot oil and fry 2 minutes on each side.
Drain and serve.
